2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. By using our Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Order Acceptance & Payment

• Prices are displayed in AED (UAE) and INR (India).
• We accept online payments via major credit/debit cards, UPI (India), Apple Pay, and secure gateways.
• Full payment for the order will be charged at checkout
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to pricing or inventory errors .

4. Shipping & Delivery

📦 India:

• Shipping Costs: Free for prepaid orders; ₹50 for Cash-on-Delivery (COD)
  
  
• Delivery Timeframes:
• Metros: 2–3 days after dispatch
• Rest of India: 3–5 days

🌍 UAE:

• Shipping Methods: Delivered via reliable courier partners (e.g., FedEx, Aramex).
• Shipping Costs:
  • Standard delivery: fixed 30 AED
  • Express delivery (2–4 days): 50 AED
• Estimated Timeframes:
  • Standard: 5–8 business days
  • Express: 2–4 business days

5. Import Duties & Taxes

• India: Prices include applicable GST & duties
  
• UAE: Applicable import taxes and customs duties may apply at delivery and are the responsibility of the customer .

• You will receive tracking information via email/WhatsApp upon dispatch.
• Delivery is deemed complete when someone signs at your address.
• If no one is available, re-delivery may be arranged; unsuccessful delivery may result in cancellation and refund per Section 3.

8. Delays & Cancellations

• Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
• If we cannot deliver within 30 days, we’ll notify you, cancel the order, and refund.
• We may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or quality issues.
